Primary Mission:

To support the management and execution of the Chinese Market strategy for the York Region in the Greater Toronto Area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotion of Reliance Home Comfort Products & Services via Inbound and Outbound Calling specifically to the Chinese communities of York.
  • Inbound and outbound call handling of Chinese customer sales and service inquiries.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and offer products & service to walk-in customers at the Retail location, where applicable.
  • Support sales/service/install channels by making follow up calls to past leads
  • In tandem with corporate marketing, create, execute and / or attend marketing materials, promotions, and events that attract desired clientele form the Chinese community
  • Act as a Reliance Ambassador to the Chinese community in York
  • Additional projects & duties as assigned

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

  • Customer service experience – handling inbound sales calls and/or outbound telemarketing is an asset.
  • Sales experience – retail or other is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in Cantonese and Mandarin (Cantonese mandatory).
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to meet individual and team objectives.
  • Experience in sales or customer service with outstanding communication considered a strong asset
