NOTICE OF WEBINAR

The Intersection of HVAC, Technology and ESG

ASHRAE Toronto and Hamilton Chapters invite you to join us for a webinar about developing your technical skills and staying up-to-date with recent advancements in the HVAC and Built-Environment industries.

Event Summary

Investors and building owners are placing more emphasis on making investments that align with their Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) strategies, and evaluating the societal impact of the assets they own and the businesses they partner with. How will this trickle down to the design and operation of HVAC systems? How can HVAC and HVAC adjacent technologies be used to measure ESG Key Performance Indicators, or move the needle on an asset or portfolio’s ESG scorecard? Like ESG, this presentation and panel discussion will touch on a range of issues including data intelligence, Greenhouse Gas emissions, employee training and retention, and cybersecurity risks associated with the HVAC industry.
