Hello Toronto Chapter YEA members!
The start of the New Year can represent change, new beginnings, or to some - nothing at all! None the less it is a new YEA Event to look forward to. We will be doing a brewery tour at Amsterdam Brewery with Kyle Osland of Amsterdam, followed by some social drinks at The Bank Note located at King and Bathurst afterwards.
Amsterdam Brewery has been around since 1986. They currently brew 6 year-round beers, with 5 seasonal beers offered at different times of Yr. This is a good opportunity to see how the barley, hops and other ingrediants do their thing to produce the variety of tastes and styles the brewery manufactures. We will be meeting in the retail store located in the brewery on west side of Bathust just north of Lakeshore Blvd. W for the tour
There is ample parking at the Brewery, but I remind you to be responsible. All venues are accessible via TTC.
Keep in mind this is a YEA event (35 years of age or younger). This is not a technical tour. There is no cost for the tour.
